I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 -5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
Skyeleganz partners with global merchants and artisans from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 21 Business days
Average transit times to International: 17 - 30 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@skyeleganz.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items maybe delivered to you damage due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
If we still haven't managed to answer your question please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to reply within 24-48 hours :)
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Skyeleganz is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Marbelle Clothing reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

LOST PARCELS
Skyeleganz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package never reach you after 90 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders.
If the package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom. If we receive your return package, additional fees will be charged to cover any costs incurred.
DUTIES & TAXES
Skyeleganz is not responsible and has no control over customs inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may, unfortunately, delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
