We Are Only Accepting Returns for Damaged and Wrong Items Shipped Only!
Here at Skyeleganz, we aim to make your return experience as easy and seamless as possible. Should the product arrive to you damaged or you have recieved the wrong item, you have 3 days after deliver to return your item(s) and be granted a refund.
****Please mail back with tracking number within 3 days.
RETURNS FOR REFUND MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
***Merchandise must be unworn. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged or worn, Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
***Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
***We reserve the right to refuse any returns that does not meet our requirements
***Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Skyeleganz unless there is proof that the item/items was faulty or we have shipped out the wrong item/items.
***Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is proof that the wrong item was shipped or/and the product is damaged.
***Skyeleganz diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or damaged and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund.
***All sale items are final sale.
***No returns/exchanges on International orders.
***Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number for a refund.
